Login to the PandA system (Sandbox for practice or Production).
The default landing page should be your Home Page which would include your Inbox Tabs. The number of tabs here will depend on your user role at that time. Should you land on the Proposals Page containing tabs for Submitted to Sponsor and Withdrawn/Declined, click the top right for "My Home" in order to work on Proposals In Progress.
For users with the appropriate securities, a "Create Proposal" button will be available for selection on the left navigation sidebar.
By selecting "Create Proposal", the proposal entry foms will be generated for data entry.
