PandA Access

PandA Access:

• Approval of user role assignments is the responsibility of the NCAR and UCP Budget Offices
• Request for user access from Labs/Programs will be managed between the Entity Budget Office and IT
• Many users will be given multiple role assignments in order to manage their job requirements, but typically only one password is required
  
• Introductory Training including a UCAR Proposal and Award Overview plus a PandA System Overview is required prior to system access
• The PandA production system can be accessed here: https://fabear.fin.ucar.edu/Prod
• The Panda system "Sandbox" site for practice can be accessed here: https://fatpanda.fin.ucar.edu/Sandbox

• Use the CIT password for access once your roles are assigned

 

Note, in order to generate Budget Reports, follow the instructions on the attachment entitled, "Browser Settings".
