My Home is the personal workspace. Users will have an inbox and additional tabs showing your proposals in process.
From the Home Page, select the "Create New Proposal" button in the blue sidebar to initiate a new proposal.
From the Home Page, first select the user role for your planned actions and then use the tabs to access:
- My Inbox - Will include proposal elements (Proposal and PACUR) where the user has the option of taking the next activity in order to continue the workflow. As an example, when a Proposal is in the state, Draft Proposal in Development, both the PI and the PA with ownership will see this in the inbox as they both have the ability to submit for lab/program approval.
- My Proposals in Progress - Active proposals where a PI, team member, the assigned proposal administrator, or named administrative support are displayed
- Unassigned Proposals in Progress - Viewable only by Proposal Administrator to manage assignment of new proposals
- All Proposals in Progress for the Home Organization - Viewable by the administrator, named administrative support, or staff with permissions
Select the tab Proposal in the Blue Navigation Bar to view those Proposals (where the user has read or edit permissions) that are In Progress, have been Submitted to Sponsor, or have been Withdrawn or Declined
In the black ribbon at the top of all pages:
- "Your Name" - Selecting this will take the profile page (under construction) and is where the password and notification settings can be managed
- My Home - Returns to the Home Page
- Logoff Button - Ends the session
