SIMPLE PROPOSAL:
NCAR:
PACUR is required for every NCAR Proposal requesting funding. The following attributes drive which PACUR Form the user will see:If the “Estimated Budget Amount” on the “Budget Periods” Form page equals “Over $100K” the user will see the “NCAR PACUR Over 100K” Form. If the “Estimated Budget Amount” on the “Budget Periods” Form page equals “$100K or Less” the user will see the “NCAR PACUR 100K or Less.
UCP:
PACUR is only required for UCP Proposals if BOTH of the following conditions apply: The “Funding Opportunity Type” on the “Funding Opportunity Information” Form page equals either “Open Solicitation” or “Broad Agency Announcement" AND the “Estimated Budget Amount” on the “Budget Periods” Form page equals “Over $100K”.
COMPLEX PROPOSAL:
PACUR requirements will follow the guidance above, but at the Project Level rather than the Proposal Level. Contact your Budget Office for additional clarifications on Complex Proposal PACUR requirements.
