WHAT DETERMINES PACUR FOR NCAR?
SIMPLE PROPOSAL-NCAR
If the “Estimated Budget Amount” on the “Budget Periods” SmartForm page equals “Over $100K” the user will see the “NCAR PACUR Over 100K” SmartForm.
If the “Estimated Budget Amount” on the “Budget Periods” SmartForm page equals “$100K or Less” the user will see the “NCAR PACUR 100K.
PACUR will not be required for unfunded proposals. This is a change in procedure effective with the launch of the PandA system.
COMPLEX PROPOSAL-NCAR
The Entity is driven by the attribute on the “Project General Information” SmartForm page.
If the “Estimated Budget Amount” on the “Project General Information” SmartForm page at the PROJECT level equals “Over $100K” the user will see the “NCAR PACUR Over 100K” SmartForm.
If the “Estimated Budget Amount” on the “Project General Information” SmartForm page at the PROJECT level equals “$100K or Less” the user will see the “NCAR PACUR 100K or Less.
